Actually you have given plenty of details to give a valid answer to this question. A college student has graduated from high school and has no "professional" or educational ties to the high school teacher, and presuming that the college student is 18 years of age and not a minor, then their is no legal nor moral/ethical reason that this couple should not be allowed to date publicly without recourse. Let them be as consenting adults. In a warped sense of humor, sure it is a student-teacher relationship, since one is a teacher and the other is a student, however, in this case, I would deem it appropriate. Two adults, I assume, so I don't see a problem. If the college student was a former student of the High School teacher, that would be weird, but not immoral, if they waited to both become adults.

No because you are 1. not a minor and 2. he/she teacher is not your superior. Teachers are meant to educate but also protect and serve as gaurdians while students are at school.

You don't give very many details. I would say no. The college student would be over 18 as would the teacher. If the student was a former student of the high school teacher, than some people might get ruffled over that, but I don't know that it would be anything wrong with that, or against any policies, especially if nothing happened while the student was in high school.

No , it is not your teacher in highschool and you are no longer a minor. Though, a few eye brows may raise from staff at her school.
