Why do they advertise MATCH.com etc dating sites, when we know dating sites usually only work for Big cities?
Girls in dating sites are mostly from big cities like LA, NY, etc.
I live in a small town in California, and there’s no girls from my city. there’s only like 10 and they are never online and they are not my type either.
I’ve been to many dating sites( free version) and it’s always the same. Most girls are from big cities.
So that really doesn’t work unless you want long distance relationship.
so why those sites make it seem like their services work for everyone

Yeah, you are right about that. I live in a suburb and I would never join a dating site bc there aren’t many options and it is mostly just people that I went to high school with, so it’s pointless.
But some of my guy friends who live in Chicago, and LA or other large cities like those sites bc there are is a huge variety of people on there. But obvisouly match.com just wants to do as much business as possible, so they don’t want to limit their business. They want to make money so obvisouly they want to make it seem like everyone can benefit. It’s just basic business

A LOT of people live in big cities…that’s what makes them big cities. Therefore, most of the people that see those ads live in the cities like LA, NY, DC.
