Five Practices To Stay Away From While On a Date.

1. Competition. A Date is not the time to compare yourself, your Ex-, your achievements, with your prospect’s.

2. Skill. Having to prove how good you are at being a good partner is unnecessary consideration and that will show.

3. Chance. Recall that you wanted to go on this date. Ultimately, chance isn’t a factor.

4. Endurance. A date is not a contest to find out who can last the longest at being entertaining and intelligent.

5. Rules. Stone-set rules become the end to new possibilities.

Five Practices to DO While on a Date.

1. Play. Though these may seem basic, I’d be willing to wager many of you don’t look at dating as play. Remember when you were the innocent kid making castles in the sand? How perfect was that? Not a care in the world, nothing to prove. Simply muddy fun! Look for ways to approach your date with fun. Even if your date is a serious type. Make the game of the night to look for fun. You don’t have to see him or her again if they cannot play and have fun. Using the Law of Attraction is hugely helpful for Relationships Attraction, and it’s not hard to grasp.

2. Laugh. A cousin to Play, laughter is the most infectious way to spread happiness. Before going on a date, most importantly, a first date, tell yourself that you’ll consciously look for reasons to feel good and laugh. Smile as much as possible. At the waitress or waiter, at the hostess. Or smile for no reason.

3. Listen. This is one of the most significant ways to build a relationship with your date. Meaningful listening means when you shut off the voices in your head and tune in to the things the person on the other side of the table is saying. Of course, your critical voice will probably be wanting to sound off for a variety of reasons. You do not like the way he eats his soup. She constantly plays with her hair. Stuff like that are simply distractions. Just realize you are being distracted and bring yourself back into the present. To reiterate, you do not have to see them again if you do not desire to. This is an important practice, however, and it’s an intimacy builder. You’ll want to use this quality in your long term relationship, so why not get your practice in now. Just so you know, you don’t have to listen exclusively in the dating realm. You can attract your own Law of Attraction Love right now and sky-rocket your level of positive energy!

4. Eye Contact. Don’t simply make eye contact and nod your head. Practice deep listening whilst maintaining eye contact. Practicing this is a wonderful display of your own generosity. And I can assure you, your generosity will come back to you. If you need the help of a Law of Attraction Coach, by all means go get it! Using an unbiased listener to check in with can help you move away from old patterns much faster.

5. Communicate. When it is your time to speak, be clear and be heard. As you have given your attention to your date, expect the same. You have not interrupted him or her during when he or she has been talking. If an interruption happens, ask for the same manners. You can be polite and kind about it without causing it to be a problem. Simply kindly ask for what you’d like. Feeling confident in this takes a lot of pressure off your date. You leave them firmly knowing what you prefer.

It doesn’t matter if you’re 25 or 75 dating – simply like life – if approached as a fun game, where there are no losers, your date will function much more smoothly for everyone.
